Business Structure

There are over 800 Twinings people based at our sites in Andover, which contains all of our functional and support services, and North Shields. Here's a brief overview of some of our departments and a chance to hear from the people that make them tick.

Marketing

Behind the growth of our brand is a brilliant marketing team identifying development opportunities, creating plans and strategies and putting them into action. Our people lead all aspects of the marketing mix, from brand planning and consumer understanding and insight to communication, advertising, PR and CRM.

Our marketeers understand their local markets and how to get consumers excited and inspired about our great products. This understanding supports product development, makes our strategies more rigorous and products more successful.

If you're looking for an FMCG environment where nothing's off limits and you'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas and see them come to life, then our marketing team is the place for you. Graduate Programme

Our success is dependent on people. Which is why, in partnership with other ABF Grocery businesses, we have a graduate scheme that offers real jobs and real responsibility. That doesn't mean you'll be thrown in at the deep end. It means that right from the outset, you'll be involved in real world sales, marketing and supply challenges and decision-making. You'll also be fully engaged with your line manager, who'll ensure that you're learning and sharing your experience with others on the scheme and benefiting from off job training as part of your skills development.

In addition, our joint workshops, secondments and project work help graduates to gain valuable insights into other businesses, such as Jordans and Ryvita, Silver Spoon, AB World Foods or Allied Bakeries.
