IS ensures the delivery of IT systems that enhance business decision making and capability, so supporting Twinings to achieve its ambitious commercial goals. As well as a 40-strong IS team here in the UK, we have 30 people working in a further seven countries.

Our work is focused on two areas: major projects and ongoing business support. One key strategic project is to develop our business intelligence systems through Cognos. This in itself will deliver a step change in our business decision-making.
