Manufacturing

Our main purpose is managing the tea packaging process from the arrival of raw tea through to the finished product. The strategy is to deliver continual improvement. We ensure that while our cost per unit remains flat, as it has for ten years, we balance this with a focus on quality, volume and on-time delivery.

Our UK bases in Andover, North Shields and Belfast are complemented by a further facility in Shanghai. We have introduced 24/7 operating shifts at Andover and North Shields, which has created greater job scope and improved productivity.

We operate in a very positive manufacturing environment. As part of a growing and profitable business, we can offer a unique combination of opportunity and accountability. We have huge pride in what we do – but we also have fun and never stand still! Everyone is involved, and our people constantly look for new and innovative ways of working.
