We are looking for a Head of HR to join our International Markets team, reporting to the General Manager (with functional reporting to TwO HRD).
At the forefront of Twinings’ overall growth, the IM business is complex and, by its nature internationally focused. It encompasses a variety of business models and routes to market, depending on the scale and scope of local operations, with both commercial and end-to-end operations. The Twinings and Ovaltine brands have established, but mostly under-developed, market positions across a range of markets (around 100 including Nordic region, Africa, Middle East, Brazil, Italy, India Nigeria and Japan).
This role offers bags of variety, in an environment that celebrates differences, empowers collaboration, values individuals and encourages you to make an impact. The main purpose of the role is to lead the strategic and operational HR agenda for the business, providing guidance and challenge on all aspects of people and organisations to the Regional General Managers in Andover and non-UK locations.

This is a key and highly visible HR role within the TwiningsOvo business. You will need to be an experienced HR manager within an FMCG market-focused environment, have international experience, and have led and managed people in a matrixed environment.
