In this varied 3 day per week customer facing role, you will work closely with your colleagues to deliver the day to day responsibilities within the post room, including the timely receiving and distribution of all incoming mail, and preparation of all mail and packages for collection by Royal Mail and DHL.  You will also support the running of the staff shop, by being responsible for selling, unpacking deliveries and general housekeeping of the shop.   Additional duties will include supporting the Business Services Supervisor, assisting in the operation of the onsite printing facility as well as managing reception by answering calls and meeting internal and external visitors. You will also undertake general administrative responsibilities when required.

As this is such a varied, busy role, we are looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach whilst delivering a first class customer service. As you will be interacting with external stakeholders, we are looking for someone who can act with tact and diplomacy under pressure and act as an ambassador for the Company. If you see yourself as a service driven, collaborative team player, with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, then we’d love to hear from you.
