An exciting new role has been created in the Quality team within our Andover Supply Centre to ensure the Quality and Food Safety Management System is embedded and consistently meeting consumer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. With management responsibility for two  Quality Coaches, you will collaborate to work with cross functional teams in the organisation to identify and solve problems to root cause. The working hours for this role are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Within the role, you will:

  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager with the Strategic Quality Planning.

  • Ensure the compliance of product quality with Company Product and Packaging Standards.

  • Manage non-conformance, supporting root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, reporting and closure as part of the QMS.

  • Manage Customer/Consumer complaints, supporting on investigations and reports.

  • Implementation of standards (BRC, Organic/ ISO/ FSSC) and management of the processes.

  • Monitor packaging supplier and co packers, ensuring packaging materials are compliant with requirements.

  • Maintain Quality standards and specifications.

About you:

  • You will have 5 years operational experience in FMCG environment with experience in Quality Management Systems.

  • You will have demonstrable success in audits against internal standard/by third party.

  • You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders as well as present detailed information to all levels.

  • You will have strong Leadership capabilities, with experience of designing and delivering training packages as well as developing and coaching others.

  • You will have demonstrable working knowledge of UK Food Safety Legislation, ideally with a food safety qualification.
