About the role:

  • You will be meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and suppliers and make timely contact with their host, ensuring visitors remain in the Reception area until they are collected.

  • You will be taking messages as required and to ensure they are passed on to the relevant person/department in a timely manner.

  • You will have excellent communication skills, to receive and redirect, as applicable, all incoming calls.

  • You will manage the reception area on a daily basis ensuring it remains clean and tidy at all times, reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues through the appropriate channels and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • You will be updating and maintaining the Twinings internal telephone lists to ensure additions, deletions, name changes and departmental moves are captured, ensuring this information is distributed through the appropriate routes.

About you:

  • You will have previous experience of receptionist/telephonist duties, with experience of working in a customer service environment.

  • You will be computer literate, with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • You will be self-motivated and able to work alone, acting as an ambassador for the Company at all times.You will have the ability to respond positively under pressure, whilst still maintaining accuracy with good attention to detail.
