With exciting changes in the Reward provision, a role has become available within the UK HR Service team reporting to the Reward and Performance Manager. The role focuses on supporting the business as principal analyst and contact point covering the fields of compensation and benefits.

Within the role, you will

  • Support the data validation, analysis, coordination and letter production / distribution for the annual pay review process and TwO Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) payment cycle, including incentive pay-out calculations.

  • Facilitate company-wide benefits including private medical insurance, company cars, Give AsYou Earn, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work scheme, ABF pension queries & controls, with a key focus on data analysis to maximise the benefit provision & engagement.   

  • Produce data analysis and insight encompassing total reward, compensation and benefits to inform & support key business decisions.

  • Responsible for the accurate & timely provision of benefits data for P11d reporting throughout the year and at tax year end.

  • Provide company-wide support and information on the reward and benefit provision, inparticular to the HR Shared Service, Line Managers and employees. Maintain and update the company intranet (goTwO) reward related pages.

  • Provide data input to annual compensation and benefits surveys on behalf of the company.

  • Monitor spend against the annual Reward budgets keeping track of invoices and predicting future liabilities.

About you

  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent standard.

  • You will be a self-motivated team player who is organised, has excellent computer skills and good attention to detail.

  • You will be highly numerate and analytical with an aptitude for problem solving.

  • You will be able to work effectively under pressure, devise newer more efficient ways of working within a diverse organisation & able to prioritise a varied workload.

  • You will have experience in dealing with highly confidential information, with experience of HR systems and working in an HR environment.

  • You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.

  • You will be highly computer literate with considerable experience in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel and Word) and a range of further software, with an aptitude for understanding and working with new packages.
