Every two years, we carry out a staff engagement survey. Its main purpose is to ensure that we’re doing things right in key areas. These include leadership, management, customer focus, training and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The survey results are benchmarked against those of other companies by the independent research company Willis Towers Watson.

In our 2015 survey, we reached the level of a high performance company, as defined by the Willis Towers Watson benchmark. The following areas were highlighted as key strengths of our business:
