We want to help all our employees stay fit and healthy, but we don’t force anyone to eat lettuce all day or pump iron in the local gym. What we do is give you the choices you need to lead a healthier lifestyle if you want to, including:

Healthy options in the office

There’s a ready supply of fresh fruit, along with - you guessed it - free tea, coffee, Ovaltine and Options hot chocolate.

Healthy meal options

Whether you’re counting the calories or just watching what you eat, we offer at least one healthy meal option every day in our subsidised staff restaurant.

Bike to work scheme

Beat the traffic, stay fit and save yourself some money! If you cycle to work, you can get a discount on a new bike and safety equipment (lights, reflective vest etc).

A medical professional, specialising in occupational therapy, visits once a week should you need advice or support. Our sick pay scheme is more generous than the statutory requirement.
